Back Appellation from the Touraine region. Production area located to the east and south-east near Blois, more precisely within 11 communes in the Loir-et-Cher department. Classified as an AOC since 1993. Area under production: just under 50 hectares. White grape variety: Romorantin. Vinified as white wine only. Can be stored: improves with age after a few years. Ideal serving temperature: between 8 and 10°C. Enjoy with smoked salmon, river or sea fish, or shellfish.
