Definition: Côte Chalonnaise

This small region of Burgundy has only five appellations, clustered around the town of Châlon-sur-Saône. These are Givry, Mercurey, Montagny, Rully and Bouzeron. Although somewhat overlooked by investors, the region produces excellent wines at very attractive prices.
