Definition: Cornas AOC

It can be stored: Cornas can be drunk after 4 or 5 years and ages wonderfully well for up to 10 years, or even longer depending on the vintage. Ideal serving temperature: between 18 and 19°C. Pair with: venison or wild boar leg, Lyon-style pâté en croûte, dishes prepared with mushroom or truffle sauce, duck, pigeon, roast meat or Murol cheese.
