Region: Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. Production area located to the north near Nuits-Saint-Georges, more precisely within plots in the commune of Morey-Saint-Denis in the Côte d'Or department. Classified as: AOC Grand Cru in 1981. Area under production: just over 8 hectares. The total area is 8 hectares 80 ares. Grape varieties: grey: Pinot Beurot; black: Pinot Noir and Pinot Liébault. The incorporation of a certain number of white and grey grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinots into the vines intended for producing red wines is still authorised, provided that they do not exceed 15%. Vinified as: red exclusively. Can be stored for: a very long time, from 10 to 20 years or more. Ideal serving temperature: between 16 and 17°C. Pair with: game or roast meat.
