A traditional competition reserved for yellow wines from all appellations in the Jura region, held during the Percée du Vin Jaune festival. On Saturday, restaurateurs, journalists and wine professionals select the best yellow wines after a rigorous tasting process: this is known as clavelinage, an additional guarantee of quality. At the Percée in Arlay in 2003, 17 samples were selected from the 57 presented.
