Bordeaux communicates with the world. The CIVB's new public website, launched at the end of 2006, has been enhanced with a new Chinese version, presented in Shanghai on 27 May 2007.

Since VINEXPO 2007, it has also been available in Japanese, Korean and German.

The website is organised into six sections:

• What's new: the latest news from the Bordeaux vineyards;
• All about wine: answers to all your questions about the Bordeaux vineyards and their 57 appellations;
• From vine to wine: everything you need to know about how Bordeaux wines are made;
• Economy and trade presents essential market data;
• Tasting Bordeaux offers advice and tips on choosing wine;
• Discover Bordeaux opens the door to wine tourism;
