Definition: Cap Corse AOC

AOC designation from Corsica. Production area located in the northern part of the island, more precisely within 17 municipalities in the department of Haute-Corse. Classified as an AOC natural sweet wine in 1993. White grape variety: small-grain Muscat. Production area of nearly 90 hectares. Vinified as white wine only. It can be enjoyed for its fruitiness as soon as it is released. Ideal serving temperature between 8 and 10°C. Enjoy with a rhubarb or apricot rice cake, crème brûlée with summer fruits, or Baumanière soufflé crêpes.
