Mostly vinified as rosé and red wines. The wines must be made from a blend of at least two grape varieties. Rosé wines can be kept for 2 to 3 years, red wines a little longer. The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10°C for rosé and between 16 and 17°C for red. Pair with: rosé with grilled meats or fine charcuterie accompanied by raw vegetables; red with wild boar stew.
