It can be stored: rosé should be drunk young, red wine between 2 and 4 years, or even a little longer depending on the vintage. The ideal serving temperature for rosé is between 8 and 10°C; for red wine, between 16 and 17°C. Rosé is best enjoyed with cold meats or grilled meats accompanied by raw vegetables; red wine is best enjoyed with white meat.
