Definition: bérudge

Back
An excellent, very sweet, high-yielding small plum grown in the cantons of Neuchâtel and Fribourg. Its stone is easy to remove. It is used to produce a brandy of the same name which, like damassine plum brandy, is a much-loved regional speciality.
