Cinsaut is the main grape variety used in the production of rosé wines. White grape varieties: Ugni, Clairette, Sémillon. Vinified as white, rosé and red wines. Rosé and white wines can be kept for 2 years, red wines for 3 to 6 years. Ideal serving temperature: between 7 and 8°C for rosé, between 15 and 16°C for red. Pair white wines with squid skewers and leek fondue, rosé wines with bouillabaisse, and red wines with grilled red meat or meat in sauce.
