Although it is sometimes vinified as a sweet wine, it is as a dry wine that its typical characteristics are best revealed. With its long shelf life, Arvine du Valais is establishing itself internationally

international scene as one of the great white wines.

A wine with a racy bouquet, virile yet elegant and harmonious. Vigorous on the palate, it delights with its delicacy and complexity, finishing with a very distinctive salty touch.

Alcohol content: 12.5 to 14%

Serving temperature: 7 to 9°C

Age: 4 to 10 years

Food pairing:

Seafood platter, fish terrines, shellfish, trout with sorrel, veal sweetbreads with watercress, alpine cheese, tomme, salty cheeses.
