Definition: after-work

An Anglo-Saxon expression recently adopted in France for aperitif dinners, which are particularly popular on sunny days and after work. They take place on terraces, in the bars of grand hotels, and even at home. These are moments of relaxation and discovery, often involving exotic drinks and dishes, reminiscent of holidays. It is true that an aperitif dinner requires little less preparation than a good dinner.
