A counterpart to the estate's 'classic' red, this blend of Marsanne and Roussanne is a textbook Crozes. The nose is expressive and open, with fresh, floral and fruity notes of white fruit (pear) and citrus. Very good volume on the palate, with roundness and balance, and a pleasant aromatic persistence on notes of white fruit.

Technique

Viticulture

Located in the northern part of Crozes Hermitage, in the village of Gervans, this extraordinary terroir, combined with the 'respectable' age of the vines, is what characterises Domaine Habrard's white Crozes Hermitage. The soil is mainly composed of Loess and decomposed granite. A quality terroir with steep slopes (70%) and vines over 80 years old.

Oenology

Produced by Organic Farming, the vines have been worked by hand with care and a certain respect for the environment. Working the soil replaces any type of weedkiller. Contact" treatment products do not penetrate the interior of the vine. And the fertilising elements are all of organic origin.
