Made from the estate's oldest Grenache vines, with a tiny yield and very long ageing, this extreme rarity has an ethereal nose with notes of crushed strawberry, burlat and mint, which only becomes more complex with air. The palate is full and creamy in the tactile sensations, dense and very long lasting. A monument and an ode to its grape variety!

Viticulture

Average age of the vines: 85 years. The Ligure is a cuvée resulting from a plot selection with a very high Grenache majority. Yields are excessively low (about 8 hl/year), maceration during vinification lasts about a month and a half, then the wine is aged in oak barrels for 36 to 40 months.
