Before being a Chasselas, this wine is first and foremost an emanation of a great terroir, made from old vines, vinified and then aged in concrete amphorae. A frank aromatic expression of flowers and white pepper; the palate is straightforward, taut, with a beautiful vinosity. A great expressive white wine and a model for its grape variety and its entire region!
