Terroir of Günzian gravel (referring to the first Quaternary glaciation), limestone with Asteria (lower Oligocene). Area cultivated in hectares (ha): 107 hectares. Average yield in hectolitre/hectare: 45 to 50 hl/ha. Average planting density: 7500 vines/ha. Average age of the vines: 43 years.

Oenology

Manual harvesting. Manual selective sorting on the vine and then on a manual table. Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and truncated wooden vats. Aged in new and old oak barrels. No fining or filtration.
