Located in the communes of Margaux and Cantenac. Around the château, 5.5 ha of fine, shallow gravel with a low clay content. On the Margaux plateau, 19.5 ha of deep gravel on a clay subsoil. At Gondats, 4 ha of gravel and black sand on alios. On the Cantenac plateau, 9 ha of shallower, more clayey gravel. 10'000 vines/ha. 47 hl/ha.
Oenology
Maceration for 20 to 27 days. 30 to 50% new barrels.
