Viticulture

Close neighbour of Ausone and created in the 17th century, the 4 ha vineyard extends in terraces on the splendid limestone slope, exposed to the south and sheltered from the winds by the rocks of Bergat and La Clotte. The soil is clay and limestone. The vines, of an average age of 40 years, are planted at a density of 6,000 vines/ha.

Oenology

The grapes are harvested by hand, the wine is made in stainless steel vats and aged in 60% new barrels and the rest in one-wine barrels.
