Viticulture
Classified in 1855 under the name of Mouton d'Armailhac, located in the northern part of the commune of Pauillac. It is bordered to the west and south by Château Pontet-Canet, and to the north and east by Mouton-Rothschild. The terroir is made up of three geological entities: the Levantines and Obélisque plateau (light and very deep gravels), the Pibran plateau (gravels on clay-limestone) and the Béhéré ridge (light gravels).
Oenology
Vinification in stainless steel vats, 15 to 20 days in vats, aged in 25% new oak barrels for 15 to 16 months.

Rack of lamb with thyme - Rib of beef - St Nectaire.
