Made from one of the Château-Chalon grands crus and matured under veil, this extra-ordinary wine reveals, after prolonged aeration, magnificent notes of fir resin, enhanced by a very touching floral side (acacia, seringua, lime blossom). The palate is singularly saline, structured and finishes on sublime gastronomic bitters (citron, kumquat). Ideally open the day before or decant for half a day. Serve at 14-15°C.
