For over 150 years, the Comtes Lafon family has been creating world-renowned wines from the prestigious vineyards of Meursault, Côte de Beaune. Today, the legacy continues under the stewardship of Léa and Pierre Lafon. The domaine now cultivates 16.3 hectares of vines across four Côte de Beaune communes, namely, Meursault, Volnay, Monthélie, and Chassagne-Montrachet. Chardonnay constitutes the main share of production, followed by Pinot Noir. Since 1998, it has implemented biodynamic farming principles and a minimal-interventionist approach in the cellar to craft tense, elegant, terroir-expressive wines.
