Viticulture

Le domaine est situé à Meursault, il a été créé le 1er janvier 1992. Il est actuellement établi sur 4.30 ha, dont 3.05 ha provenant du beau-père d'Arnaud Ente, Philippe Thevenot, aujourd'hui en retraite. Vieille vigne plantée sur Meursault en 1938. 0.35 ha sur graviers au lieu-dit « Au Pontot ».

Oenology

Les fermentations alcooliques et malolactiques ont lieu intégralement sous bois. Pas de chaptalisation. Elevage en demi-muids. Les vins sont collés mais jamais filtrés.
