Technique

Characteristics

This estate is located near Eauze, not far from the Ténarèze border. The Grassa family acquired it in 1912. The vines have since been replanted. The estate is as well known for its dry white wines as for its magnificent, very fruity and often very sweet Armagnac.

Oenology

Minimum ageing of 12 years in oak barrels for the youngest alcohol fractions and 15 to 18 years for the oldest selections.
