Vines planted between 1950 and 1990. The plots are located at an altitude of about 250 metres and have slopes of about 15%. The soil has a deep clay structure on a limestone subsoil. Most of the plots are exposed to the east on mid-slope. The vines are cultivated organically (Ecocert certification) and biodynamically.
