Vinaigre balsamique Saporoso, Malpighi (20 cl)

It is a vinegar made like a Traditional Balsamic: the must is concentrated by heating (30 hours at 90 OC). However, instead of being aged for a minimum of 12 years in a battery of barrels of different woods, this vinegar is aged for 6 years in oak barrels and then another 6 months in vats for decanting.
