The 8.5 ha of vines are located in the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, north of Beaumes de Venise, between Lafare and Suzette, in the commune of Barroux. The soil comes from Triassic formations, with a fairly variable depth.
All the red grapes are destemmed but not crushed. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats, with little intervention. Short maturation in vats, blending of the whole harvest, this is how the wine reflects the whole of the Martinelle vineyard.

Barbecued prime rib - Whole red mullet and black olive tapenade.
