Liquid geography
President of the Fully Grand Cru Association, Gérard Dorsaz prefers action to grand speeches. If his colleagues have chosen him to take on this role and responsibilities, it is because they know that behind his almost debonair side lies a great determination. A quiet strength tinged with stubbornness in a way. One thing is certain: the PRD Destination Petite Arvine undoubtedly owes a lot to this great federator. Between arboriculture, viticulture and his involvement in the Association, one wonders how this false dreamer still has time to deal with his personal project: his future cellar with a view of the vineyard and a reception area for tastings, the foundations of which are underway. A project to which his son Julyan and his nephew Bastien are totally committed. Not forgetting Sandra, Gérard's partner, who has just finished her sommelier training. There is no doubt that for the President of the Association, the years to come will be full and fruitful.
And afterwards? Will there be another life after wine? The imposing Gérard pretends not to want to answer. He finally lets out the well-kept secret: "I've always loved goats, I'd like to have goats one day, a few black-collared goats from the Valais, why not... ! "
