Savoie Ayse, Gringet Eponyme, Belluard - 2020

After the sudden death of Dominique Belluard, Valérie, his companion, called on Jean-François Ganevat to make this cuvée, which pays tribute to this great and much-lamented winemaker. It comes from the blending of the different parcels that went into the Fire and Alps cuvées. Ideally, this wine should be kept for 2-3 years, but to drink it young, it should be decanted for 1 or 2 hours to dissipate the light carbonic acid. After the toasty opening, we discover subtle floral and yellow fruit notes. The mouth is lively and tasty.
