Viticulture
This wine is made from different parcels of vines aged between 15 and 25 years, planted in sandy and pebbly soils at an altitude of around 600 metres.
Oenology
The grapes are harvested by hand and partially destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured for 11 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
