The story is pretty crazy! During the covid, Vincent Granier, a wine enthusiast, decided to set about creating a local organic liqueur that would be easy to digest and drink at any time of the day or night. In the course of the project, he was joined by his brother Stéphane, a former professional basketball player, and the two of them made their dream come true by creating a range of liqueurs from Haute-Savoie that matched their expectations in every way.
Oenology
An alcohol made from 100% organic wheat grown by harvesters. Natural water from the Boubioz spring on Lake Annecy. Organic sugar produced in the Vosges and Palatine forests. The root of the yellow gentian, cut then dried, is infused in 40% alcohol. Found in the wild in the Alps and Massif Central, it is picked by ‘gençanaïres’ from the ‘sustainable development’ gentian production chain. There are two reasons why you can't become a gençanaïre: firstly, it can only be harvested by authorised pickers using a fork known as the devil's fork; secondly, its look-alike, the white verâtre, grows in the same places, but can be extremely toxic.

Proud of their roots and defenders of their land, they offer this second creation to be consumed as an aperitif, iced as a digestif or in a cocktail. And always in the hiking bag!
