In the heart of the village of Meursault, Jean-Marc Roulot and his sister Michèle have taken over the family estate. He is known to all as one of the greatest Burgundian winegrowers.
Oenology
This liqueur is made from an infusion of fruit. The Bergeron apricots, certified organic, come from Laurent Combier's orchards in the Rhône valley. They are stoned and immediately infused for several months in a neutral super-fine alcohol. Based on this infusion, the estate has blended a liqueur with a high alcohol content (25% vol.) and low sugar content (160g/l).
