This is the historic wine of the estate, produced from 1971 to 1981 under the name of Chianti Classico Montevertine and from 1982, after the exit of the Consorzio del Chianti Classico, simply under the name Montevertine.

Oenology

Aged for two years in Slavonia and Allier oak barrels.
