Région de la Sierra de Gredos, Valle del Tiétar. Commune de Rozas de Puerto Real. Vignobles de Matallana, Prado Nebrillo y Arroyo Mingo. Climat: humide méditerranéen. Sol de granit ??sabluxe et d'argile. Surface de 3 Ha. Altitude: 900 mètres. Âge des vignes: 50-60 ans.
Oenology
Vinification en cuves dechêne français avec des macérations douces, et sans utilisation de pigeages ou extractions brusqies, grappes entières à 100%. Levures indigènes. Temps de macération: 60 jours environ. Elevage 12 mois en fûts de chêne français de 500 litres.
