Technique
Viticulture
This estate is located on one of the most interesting terroirs in Martillac, near Léognan. The soil consists of fine Günz gravel reminiscent of that found in the Médoc. The vineyard is around 50 years old.
Oenology
Whole-berry vinification in small wooden vats at 28°C, extraction by hand punching down. Aged for 18 months in barrels (60% new, made in the château's own cooperage), matured on the lees, racked only once and then matured separately for each wine.
