Technique
Characteristics
This estate is located near Eauze, not far from the Ténarèze border. The Grassa family acquired it in 1912. The vines have since been replanted. The estate is as well known for its dry white wines as for its magnificent, very fruity and often very sweet Armagnac.
Oenology
Minimum ageing of 7 to 8 years in 400 L oak barrels.
Suggestions for accompaniment
The digestive par excellence at the end of a meal, by the fire.
