This is a magnificent discovery. A brilliant pale yellow colour, the wine has a lively, fragrant nose of broom, citrus fruit and white pepper. It’s bursting with fruit and sapidity, and reveals all its freshness on the palate, which will work wonders as an aperitif, with your summer salads and other grilled seafood. We’ll be drinking it all summer long!

Viticulture

Clay-limestone soil. Density: 5,000 to 6,000 vines/ha. Yield: 8 to 10 bunches per vine. Organic conversion in progress.

Oenology

Skin maceration at low temperature (10 to 15°C). Pneumatic pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a low temperature of between 15 and 18°C. Matured in stainless steel vats.
