Jean-Michel Novelle’s Sauvignon is made from a vine composed of all the clones in the collection of the late Didier Dagueneau! We love its delicate, fine nose of pink grapefruit, enhanced by a hint of blackcurrant and white pepper; we love its juicy, intense citrus fruit flavours, and its length, which will go wonderfully with fish. This is one of the great wines of the estate!

Viticulture

Le Grand Clos is a family estate of 7 ha located in the commune of Satigny. The vineyard on the hillside is grassed over and maintained with the utmost rigour. A lot of work is done in the vineyard, which produces little but gives healthy and concentrated fruit. The grapes are harvested when they are fully ripe in terms of alcohol, phenolics and aroma.
