Humid and very cool Mediterranean climate. Harvest: 25-30hl/ha. Brown soil formed on limestone scree at the foot of the Larzac plateau, slope of 10 to 30%, altitude 150 to 200 m, south-east exposure.
Harvested in crates, destemmed and crushed, vatting for 25 to 30 days. Aged for 18 months in old French oak barrels of 225L and 400L.
