For many years, the Ostertag family has been producing one of the best Alsatian Sylvaners. Its balance is dry, which makes it possible to increase the variations at the table, from aperitif to cheese. It is nonetheless full-bodied on the palate, with an inimitable taste of white fruit, citrus and fresh grapes. A pure delight.
