Production area: Val di Mezzane. Vines: Monte Tombole and Bine Longhe, planted in 1988 and 2005. Altitude: 200-300 m. Exposure: south-east. Clay and limestone soils. Certified organic and biodynamic cultivation.
Fermentations via indigenous yeasts. Refreshing of the grapes but not of the must. Maceration for a few hours. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with a very measured dose of sulphur.
