It is the only pinot of the estate that is not produced in Schaffhausen but in Zürich! The nose is fresh, deep, smoky and at the same time floral (violet), with lots of black cherry, blueberry and smoke: it is very complex and deep. On the palate, the wine is tight and slender, with good structure, fine tannins, freshness and vivacity. It finishes very long and very spicy!
