Viticulture

Stellaris Campus is a blend of two of the Domaines best parcels, two Premier Crus Marissou and La Fosse.

Oenology

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in crates. Vinification remains traditional and is adapted to each vintage. The white wines are partly matured in oak barrels (50%), which are also renewed every 3 years. Bottling generally takes place between the fifteenth and twentieth month following the harvest.

The estate was acquired in 1955 by Christophe-Amédée Grandmougin, then taken over by his son Christophe in 1991. In the past, it was also a stopover for pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. At the head of a heritage of old vines (average age of 40 years) cultivated with respect for the plant and the environment, he signs luminous vintages which have nothing to envy to the Burgundian stars... and this at prices which have remained very soft.
