Cavesa le CAVE, le club des amateurs de vins exquis

Puisseguin St-Emilion, Château Rigaud - 2020

What a wonderful discovery from the satellites of Saint-Emilion, decidedly up-and-coming terroirs! Made by the very skilful Pierre Taïx (La Maurianne), it is floral, fine and fresh, without exaggeration, with juicy, very well extracted tannins. As the saying goes, "it's not bludgeoned with wood" and you can tell it comes from a fine limestone terroir. The delicate, charming floral character comes to the fore with aeration, as does the wine's drinkability. Well done!
