Pouliko means "cock" in local dialect. Very pretty pomegranate colour. Fine, intense nose, notes of red berries, slightly spicy, floral touch. Well-articulated and sapid on the palate, with a fine bitter finish. Ilona's role model is Elisabetta Foradori and her pinot gris Fuoripista, and the two wines are not dissimilar!
