Viticulture
The estate is located in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, at an altitude of between 150 and 200 metres, on a terroir of clay-limestone slopes with a south-south-east exposure. This cuvée comes from vines that were 26 years old in 2000, with an average yield of 25 hl/ha. The estate has been certified organic since the 2010 vintage.
Oenology
Traditional vinification with maceration for 40 days, manual punching of the cap and ageing for 15 months in barrels, 40% of which are new.
