A rather intense golden yellow colour. The nose is exotic (hot pineapple, vanilla) and also evokes truffles, spices and a mineral touch. Full, rich, the attack evolves on a wide and ample body, of a significant density, which lengthens on the long aromatic final with accents of oriental spices and precious wood. A beautiful combination of exoticism and tonicity!

Technique

Viticulture

Vineyard on the "Trémazières" and "Chauffisse" areas with a very gravelly limestone soil. The estate is in organic conversion (biosuisse).

Oenology

Harvested at 100° Oe, hand picked. Harvested without crushing and gently pressed. Settling and slow alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 20°. Aged on lees in barrels with stirring. Bottled after 2 years.
