Viticulture
From a parcel selected for its south, south-western exposure, located in the commune of Verzé. Age of the vines in the plot: 70 years. Clay-limestone soil. Certified Organic Agriculture by Ecocert.
Oenology
Hand-picked in 35 kg crates. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 months with temperature control using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation carried out. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
