From a little known, even underestimated terroir, it delivers a magnificent nose of lemon, open, rather "Mâcon" in its finesse and citrus fruits, which precedes a mouth of elegant texture. Of great finesse, it is a silky wine in the recall to thirst, dancing, very ready to drink, accomplished. Very long and refined. A great favourite!

Technique

Viticulture

The plot is located on a plateau with a slight slope, in the village of Prissé. Deep, brown, silty-clay soils with a medium to heavy texture, not very stony.

Oenology

Vinification and ageing 10% in barrels and 90% in stainless steel tanks over a total period of 22 months. Low filtration at bottling.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Asparagus with hollandaise sauce - Shrimps with Curry Corsaire and rice - Fresh or semi-dried goats from Mâconnais.
