From a very beautiful terroir of the appellation which looks like the Pouilly of the same name, it opens very slowly and delivers an opulent and rich palate, with a great volume, a texture that is both loose and full-bodied, which lingers with liquorice and menthol and a marked freshness. Its ageing potential is real and to drink it young we advise you to decant it for 1 hour and serve it at 10°.

Viticulture

Soils essentially volcano-sedimentary. Sandstone, volcanic tuffs: sandy-loam, sandy-clay. The rock appears from 30-40 cm and the roots descend along the vertical faces of the prisms to more than 150 cm. There are units covered by calcareous to siliceous gravel.
